An EGO Tactical technician takes each case out of it's manufacturer's packaging by hand, and thoroughly cleans and disinfects each case before printing, (part of our 7-step printing and curing process), because we know that your cellphone, and the phone case that's on it... are a representation of who you are, and YOU are looking for a better-than MIL-STD rugged and protective case with a personality just like yours.

Shipping Policy
Custom Printed Case Orders will be shipped 1-2 business days of being placed (i.e. Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) once the payment is cleared and are shipped on business days only (M-F).
Orders with U.S. Delivery Addresses will be shipped from the U.S. by USPS.
Return Policy
From first visit to order delivery, we want you to be completely satisfied with your experience. All products carry a 90-day "print-quality guarantee" beginning from the day product is shipped from our warehouse, unless otherwise noted.
EGO Tactical custom UV-Laser prints each Limited Edition case when it is ordered. You picked the design, you picked the brand and the case size, it's a one-of a kind, just like you!Â
Unfortunately, like a custom tailored suit bespoke just for you, we are unable to take a return for full refund, as we have no way to resell your custom combination of design/brand/case size the you requested.Â
The design/brand/size combinations that we offer are in the millions, and finding another customer for that exact design/brand/size combination could be impossible!Â
