Shipping, Delivery, Returns
If you are a Caliber Member you receive FREE express shipping on all Caliber Eligible products. If you are not a Caliber Member, please check the product page, seller storefront page, or seller shipping information for shipping timelines. In some case, please allow between 15-45 days for your order to arrive - especially if your order is an order of a custom product. If more than 45 days have passed, please email us at customerservice@Everest.com to review the status of your order.
ALL RETURNS MUST BE SENT DIRECTLY TO THE MERCHANT YOU PURCHASED YOUR PRODUCT FROM. We ask our Merchants to offer our consumers at least 30 days to return a product, but ultimately it is up to the Merchant.
ACCORDING TO FEDERAL LAW, FIREARMS AND AMMO CAN NEVER BE RETURNED.
To be eligible for a return on other items, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

- ~ eBooks and Magazines
- ~ Gift Cards
- ~ Downloadable Software Products
Generally, there are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened;
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error; and
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Once your return is received and inspected by the ORIGINAL MERCHANT, THEY will send you an email to notify you that they have received your returned item. They should also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund should be processed BY THE MERCHANT, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, PLEASE CONTACT THE MERCHANT immediately.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items generally cannot be refunded.
Generally, our Merchants only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send the Merchant an email explaining the situation.
