THE KYSEK STORY
John, an avid outdoorsman, was unhappy with every ice chest he had purchased over the last 30 years. Even the new, high-end rotomolded coolers, which possessed great individual features, failed to put everything he wanted together in a single product. John set out on a journey to create The Ultimate Ice ChestTM - one that would hold ice longer, provide both toughness and functionality, and combine all of the great attributes of the best coolers into one. Never a gentleman to shy away from a challenge, John took things a step further setting out to actually improve on these features while adding even more. Thus, Extreme Cold, LLC was formed.
John and his team set out to engineer the perfect ice chest. They studied the competition, destroyed lids, busted hinges and spent several years developing numerous prototypes to finally reach their goal: The Extreme Cold Series Ultimate Ice Chest.
This original ice chest was amazing and when people saw, touched and used it, they realized the significant leap this cooler made over its competitors. However, it was still not up to John's high standards and he went on to create an even better ice chest that most people agree is the "Italian Sports Car (you know the one) of Ice Chests." It's loaded with all the features you want and more: Dual drain plugs, lock down edges that double as bottle openers, ZeroSkidTMÂ non-slip feet, DuroColdTMÂ Construction and heavy duty inset wheels to help you steer clear of those pesky hernias or slipped discs.
John renamed the product KYSEK the Ultimate Ice ChestTMÂ and created our White Wolf logo, which represents our ruggedness, wild nature, top-of-the-food-chain mentality and pack-like approach to solving your cooling challenges.
But we didn’t stop at the industry’s best ice chest. Today, KYSEK offers a full line of products such as The Rover Soft Bag Ice Chest and Trekker Backpack Ice Chest. The Rover is the perfect size, big enough to fit your contents, but light enough so that most anyone can carry it. The Trekker Backpack Ice Chest is leak-proof, insanely durable and pretty much in a class by itself compared to other backpack coolers. Our ChilSleeve roto-molded tube is an innovative way to keep six of your favorite beverages cool while you’re on the go. Our KYSEK Dry Bags are a fisherman’s favorite—from our pouch to our huge 70L, the bags keep your gear moisture-free when you’re out on the water. Shipping Policy
Return Policy
You can return you product(s) up to 30 days from the original purchase date. All merchandise must be unused/unworn and returned in the original packaging. Please include a copy of the original receipt of purchase, if possible. A full refund for the price of the merchandise will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7-14 days. Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the merchandise was shipped incorrectly.
No refunds will be given on merchandise returned after 60 days of the original purchase date. In addition, we do not accept returns or exchanges on merchandize that has been personalized such as tumblers with company logos, monogrammed canvas bags, etc.
5-Year Limited Warranty
KYSEKTM Ice Chests and KYSEKTM Tumbler Series products carry a 5-Year Limited Warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty applies to the original owner and is void if the product is used commercially, structure of the ice chest is altered or put through more than the physical limits of the material used, or damaged as a result of an abnormal use. Normal wear and tear is not warranted.
3-Year Limited Warranty
KYSEK RoverTMÂ & KYSEK TrekkerTMÂ products carry a 3- Year Limited Warranty. This warranty applies to the original owner and is void if the product is used commercially, structure of the ice chest is altered or put through more than the physical limits of the material used, or damaged as a result of an abnormal use. Punctures and normal wear and tear is not warranted.
The KYSEK warranty does not include any manufacturing responsibilities for any incidental or consequential damage from the use of the cooler. If the warranty does apply the manufacturer will repair or replace at KYSEK’s discretion.
KYSEK reserves the right to change products and designs without acquiring any obligation to incorporate such changes into already completed product, or those in the property of dealers or consumers. Products repaired or replaced within the terms of this warranty may or may not incorporate these changes.
Damaged must be returned directly to the KYSEK Distribution Center, in the original box or similar cardboard packaging. A copy of the original sales receipt and the Return Authorization Number(RA#) must be included with the product.
