Shipping Policy

SHIPPING POLICY

ALL orders placed Monday through Friday by 2PM EST will receive SAME DAY SHIPPING and HANDLING!

ALL Domestic packages shipped via USPS First Class Mail 3-5 Day. We also offer optional Priority mail, and FEDEX upgrades at checkout! Need your case tomorrow? Good thing SUPCASE has FEDEX Priority OVERNIGHT for the low! Add the item to your cart to see our wide selection of shipping options.

If you desire to cancel your order please be sure to do so IMMEDIATELY. Once an order is assigned a tracking number it has been shipped and cannot be changed or stopped. To cancel your order, Please Visit your Purchase history, Find the order, and request a cancellation. ALL Cancellation Requests will be Honored. Once a Cancellation Request is opened it can only be closed with a refund to the buyer.

International shipments can take up to 30 full business days to arrive. Refunds and Replacements WILL NOT be processed until a full 30-day period from Purchase has passed. Please allow your package the appropriate amount of time to arrive and understand that we, as the seller, have no control over the Postal Carriers. However, we will make any issue right. Just reach out and give us a chance. Let us know how best to serve you.

Return Policy

RETURN POLICY

Step 1: Read our Return Policy Carefully.

We will be happy to assist you with the return of your product. You may return the product within 30 days of the delivery date. Returned products must be in re-sellable condition unless the product is defective or damaged. 

We will send you a Prepaid Postage label to the email address provided on the order if one of the following situations applies to you:

  1.  The product you received is defective.
  2.  The product you received is not the item you ordered.
  3.  The product you received is damaged.

For all other returned products within 30 days of delivery date, a refund of shipping charges will NOT apply. The customer is responsible for shipping charges of the returned product.

Late Fee: Returns beyond 30 days of the delivery date will be subject to a Late Fee of the returned value.

Re-stocking Fee: Returns of 20+ items will be subject to a 15% re-stocking Fee of the returned value.
