Shipping Policy
Orders ship USPS first class mail under 16 oz, over 1 pound ship USPS Ground Advantage. Orders ship within 2 business days. Shipping typically takes 2-5 days for orders within the continental US.
Return Policy
We accept returns & exchanges of unused product in their original packaging. To initiate a return or exchange, email samantha@dryfoxco.com your request within 7 days of receiving your order. Once the exchange or return is approved, the customer is responsible for shipping the unused towel(s) back to DryFoxCo at the customer’s expense. Once received, your exchange or return will be processed and DryFoxCo will ship out your new towels or issue a product refund within 7 business days. We have the right to refuse any return or exchange once received due to product condition.
