Shipping Policy
All items will ship in the smallest packaging available. Unless otherwise specified we will ship using the least expensive method, most often UPS Ground. We do our best to secure your items in our packaging. If damage does occur during shipping please notifiy us right away at brittany@mtblock.com.
Return Policy
Due to the nature of the product, we do not have a return policy, which means you will not be able to return the item. Under special circumstances we may honor a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. To start a return, you can contact us at brittany@mtblock.com. If your return is accepted, we will send instructions on how and where to send your package. Return shipping is at the expense of the customer. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
