Shipping Policy
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days and delivered within 2-8 business days. Please be aware that during high-volume sales and holidays, order processing times may be extended. Once your order has shipped from our warehouse, delivery times are beyond our control.
Return Policy
Returns and exchanges are eligible on select products that have been purchased within the past 100 days. Sale, Last Chance and Mystery Products are final sale and not eligible for a refund.
Products eligible for return must be unworn, undamaged, and still in their original packaging. All items will be subject to inspection once received to ensure they adhere to our policy.
Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment received and may take five to ten business days to reflect on your bank statement.
Products purchased from retailers other than our website (www.outway.com) must be returned to the retailer they were purchased from.
