Orders placed by 1pm CST, Monday-Friday, will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 1pm CST or on weekends or holidays will ship the next business days. Tracking information will automatically be emailed once the shipping label has been created. Transit times vary based on distance from our location in Houston, Tx, with most locations being between 1 and 4 days transit.Your order will be shipped with either FedEx or USPS unless otherwise specified.Shipments to APO/FPO/DPO addresses will ship via USPS.

 

Patriot Coolers accepts no responsibility for incorrect shipping addresses or undeliverable packages due to an invalid address provided by the customer.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. After inspection, we will refund all cost less any shipping cost paid on the initial order and the cost of return shipping.

 

To start a return, you can contact us. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
