WE SHIP FREE IN THE CONTINENTAL 48 STATES OF THE USA!
At Active Outdoor Gear we strive to provide the highest level of responsiveness at all times, whether it be shipping, sales, returns, or any other form of customer service our valued customers should need.
Order delivery is divided into two activities;
- Processing time: This includes order verification, tailoring, and a quality check. This typically takes 1 to 2 business days.
- Shipping time: This is the time it takes for your order to be shipped to your destination. Shipping typically takes between 2 to 4 business days. Due to unforeseen circumstances, orders may take slightly longer from time to time.
NO FREIGHT FORWARDERS:
We do not ship to freight forwarders. If we discover an order with a Freight Forwarder address, your order will be cancelled and refunded.
NO PO BOXES:
Unfortunately our systems will not allow for delivery to a PO Box. Please be sure to provide a physical address when placing your order.

If you are reading this page in order to return an item, we first want to THANK YOU for your purchase at Active Outdoor Gear! We sincerely appreciate your business and look forward to making it right!
Simply follow these steps and the PACKAGING and SHIPPING requirements below for a FULL REFUND!
- To initiate a return give us a call at +1-315-935-4966 and leave a detailed message within 30 DAYS of purchase.
- We will get back to you ASAP to assign a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number to ensure accurate processing of your item.
- Return the authorized item within 15 BUSINESS DAYS of receiving your RMA number using the shipper of your choice to: Active Outdoor Gear at 8368 Redwing Dr. Liverpool, NY USA 13090. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
PACKAGING
To ensure you receive a FULL REFUND, your returned item shall;
- Be returned in NEW, UNUSED, UNWORN, UNWASHED, and UNDAMAGED condition.
- Be returned in the undamaged ORIGINAL MANUFACTURERS PACKAGING including all original boxes, containers, packaging material, bags, and etc.
- Include all tags attached to the item as you received it, information material, instruction pamphlets, stickers, etc.
- Include a copy of the email we sent you containing the RMA number.
- Be packaged securely and in an outer shipping package to prevent damage during return shipping.
SHIPPING
To ensure we receive your return promptly and you receive a FULL REFUND, the following shipping requirements apply;
- You are responsible for all return shipping charges. THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE returns due to errors on our part - see EXCEPTIONS.
- All return shipments must be pre-paid. We cannot accept returns C. O. D. or any variation there of.
- For your protection, we suggest choosing a shipper that provides a tracking number and insurance for your return.
- Do not return your items to the manufacturer. Your return must be shipped to:Â Active Outdoor Gear at 8368 Redwing Dr. Liverpool, NY USA 13090.
PROCESSING
Providing your return meets the requirements of our return policy, you will receive a FULL REFUND. WE DO NOT CHARGE RESTOCKING FEES. Here’s what you can expect;
- You must obtain an RMA number before returning an item. We cannot accept returns without prior authorization.
- Your return will be inspected to ensure compliance with our PACKAGING and SHIPPING requirements before a refund is issued. We cannot accept used, worn, or damaged items, or those missing parts, reference materials, etc. We reserve the right to reject a return if the item(s) are not returned in new condition and in accordance with our return policy.
- Unfortunately we cannot accept returns initiated after 30 DAYS from original purchase date.
- We also cannot accept returns shipped to us after 15 BUSINESS DAYS from the date you received your RMA number.
- Your return will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 -15 business days of us receiving your return. This time will allow us to process your return and for your financial institution to process the request for a refund.
- If your original payment method is no longer available (credit card expired, etc.) we will mail you a check to the billing address used to place the order.
- If a promotional discount was applied to your order at the time of purchase, or if you purchased your item at a sale price, your refund will only include the actual purchase price.
EXCEPTIONS
Certain exceptions apply to our return policy and are defined below. If you have any questions or are unsure if an item may be returned, please don’t hesitate to call us at +1-315-935-4966, leave a detailed message, and we will be happy to assist you.
- If your return is due to an error on our part (we shipped an incorrect item, your item was defective upon receipt, or your item was damaged during shipping) please contact us within 5 BUSINESS DAYS of delivery. We will gladly issue an RMA number and mail you a FREE RETURN SHIPPING label.
- The following items are NOT eligible for a return;
- chemicals
- batteries
- electronic items that have been opened
- Items that have been used, worn, washed, damaged, or are missing parts or other materials.
