Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of your purchase date. To be eligible, items must be unused, in the same condition as when you received them, and returned in their original packaging (including any tags). Only regular-priced items qualify for a refund—sale items are final and non-refundable.
To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at info@hiden.com with your full name, the email address used for your order, the item(s) you wish to return, and whether you prefer a refund or a replacement. Once we receive your request, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label for free returns and the correct shipping address: HIDEN RETURNS, 3443 NW 61st Place, Gainesville, FL 32653.
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, let us know in your email and we will send a return label along with instructions for the replacement.
After we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm receipt and let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund amount when applicable.
If you have not received your refund after this timeframe, first check your bank or credit card statement (as processing can take additional time), then contact your card issuer or bank. If the issue persists, please reach out to us at info@hiden.com (or info@gethiden.com).
For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages. Exchange delivery times may vary depending on your location.
