Shipment will be mailed out 5-7 business days after purchase. Please allow for holiday, weekends and Covid-19 delays.
Return Policy
Return requirements are; must have a sales receipt of purchase, product must have original box, unaltered, all product must be unused, and returned 30 days from date of purchase. All sales of custom products are final and may not be returned. If you purchased a customized product online and you would like to talk to our Volvik experts about any inaccuracies, or damage during shipping, please contact our customer service team at [email protected]  We will refund unused, unaltered within 30 days of original purchase date with a receipt. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Sale or clearance items are not eligible for returns
