Shipping Policy
DFNDR Armor® is manufactured 100% in-house, and we take great pride in the quality we produce to ensure your safety. All of our hard armor systems are manufactured once we receive the order and ships as soon as possible. Level IIIA, III, III+ and IIIX armor systems have faster manufacturing than III++ and Level IV or armor systems incorporating Crystalline Ceramic Strike Face and Strike Core.
Products will be shipped through UPS. Please refer to the tracking number issued in your confirmation email. Your DFNDR Armor® account will let you know if your product has shipped, or if it is in transit.
Return Policy
Every piece of armor is hand inspected throughout the entire manufacturing process and again before its shipped. It is our desire for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of DFNDR Armor products. We will accept eligible items for return and exchange within 20 days of purchase or receiving an order.
Returns and Exchanges - original condition and packaging. Refund will be minus shipping/handling. ALL CERAMIC STRIKE FACE ARMOR PLATES ARE FINAL SALES (Level III++, Level IIIX and Level IV).
