Shipping Policy
Here at Gobi Heat we understand needing to get warm fast and are dedicated to getting your products to you. Please take a few moments to review our shipping information below to help decide the right shipping options for you.
Once received, orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days. If you have selected to preorder one of our backordered items your order will ship within 1 to 2 business days of our warehouse having received the shipment in. Our standard shipping days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Return Policy
- Items must be unused and unwashed, with tags on.
- Items must be returned with their batteries and chargers included.
- Items must be returned in salable condition. Items returned with pet hair, smelling of smoke or heavy perfume/cologne, dirty, etc will not be refunded.
- Items must be returned in the same condition you’d be happy receiving from us.
- Returning items must be postmarked and dropped off with the carrier within 30 days of receiving your item OR 30 days after Christmas.
- The Return Confirmation, or RMA, must be marked on the outside of the package.
- If your product came in one of our orange carrying bags, you will be charged $5 if it is not returned with the return.
