Shipping Policy
We ensure a seamless shipping experience for our customers. All products are shipped with tracking information, allowing you to monitor the progress of your order every step of the way. Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive an email containing all the necessary details, including tracking information.

Return Policy
We have a NO REFUND POLICY on all purchases unless a mistake was made in processing your order. You can always contact us for any return question at support@monsterbass.com.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on Subion Boxes, sale items, gift cards, etc.
Refunds
Should we choose to make an exception and offer you a refund, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
