Shipping Policy
We offer a wide variety of shipping methods to you. Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, distance, and shipping methods. In order to obtain your shipping cost, please add the desired item/s to your shopping cart, proceed to checkout, and enter your shipping address. You will be shown the available shipping methods, expected in-transit times and costs.
Most orders ship within 1-2 business days. Our shipping department closes on weekends and Federal holidays. Thus orders placed during weekends or holidays will be processed when our office reopens. Order processing might be delayed if we have to verify your billing/shipping address or order contents. Pre-order or backorder will ship out when the inventory is in stock.

Return Policy
If you have purchased Nitecore Products from Nitecore Store and are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it. Please email us at support@nitecorestore.com or call us at (512) 258-6649 within 15 days of order delivery for the return authorization and the goods need to be returned within the next 15 days. Please pay attention to the following details when you send back the return:
Please review the contents of the order after receiving it. Please check for any missing items, items damaged in transit, defective items, or wrong sizes/colors. We must be notified of any order discrepancies within 7 days of the date of delivery. Any notification of a discrepancy more than 7 days from the date of delivery will not be considered.
Returned items must be the same item in the same condition as originally shipped.
Any items that have been modified, welded, or soldered are not eligible for return.
For returns with promotion code or discounts, the refunded price will be adjusted according to the discount given.
If the items utilized our free shipping option, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your total refund amount. Any non-defective returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee unless waived by our customer service agent.
